At 83 West Apparel, we’re all about keeping things easy—just like your favorite tee. That includes our shipping and returns process. Below you'll find everything you need to know to shop with confidence.

📦 Shipping Information

Where We Ship

We currently ship across the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping Options & Timeframes

We offer standard and expedited shipping at checkout. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, with delivery depending on the method selected:

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

Note: Shipping times do not include order processing time. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—be sure to sign up for our emails so you don’t miss them!

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’ll make it easy.

Return Policy

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with tags attached
Returned with proof of purchase
Supporting photos as requested as required by our print providers

How to Start a Return

Email drpe-llc@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).Depending on print provider, we do have an alternate process that processes the return directly through them. If they don't provide guidance directly, simply contact us and we will facilitate the return process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, either by us or the print provider, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem. Just let us know in your return request and we’ll take care of the exchange as quickly as possible—based on availability.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Final sale items
Gift cards
Worn or washed items
Items returned after 30 days of delivery
